Returns
- You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your item(s).
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please email us at hello@zyest.net with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items purchased on sale or with special discounts.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@zyest.net with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
