Refund and Returns Policy

At Zyest, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help!


Returns

  • You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your item(s).
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@zyest.net with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items purchased on sale or with special discounts.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@zyest.net with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
